The 2021 annual Executive Committee and Board of Directors Meeting (BOD) is intended to be held onsite during the rescheduled 12th WEC in Chennai, 12th-14 August, 2021.The exact venue location and time will be announced closer to the meeting. Reports for this BOD meeting must be submitted to the IFEA Secretary ([email protected]), no later than 1st August, 2021, unless otherwise advised.

By-Law amendments (13th Sept. 2020), also enable one nominated representative from current financial IFEA member associations, who is unable to attend the BOD and/or AGM meeting(s) on-site, to be able to attend the meeting(s) virtually and vote when needed. The IFEA Secretary ([email protected]), must be advised of the member association, the name of the representative, their email address and cell phone number with international code, no later than 7 days before the meeting(s). The Secretary will then contact the representative and forward details that will enable private online connection to the meeting(s).
